Don't You love technology?

Here I am writing in my blog, while Skyping with my sister in NY while she does her laundry. I am also emailing. Maybe I am doing to much at one time?

I am glad it is Friday. Looking forward to the weekend.

I am coaching the last game for Nicolas' basketball team. It was fun. We had about 12 games, I am pretty sure we won all of them, we are not supposed to keep score. I kind of did, I am the coach.

So President Obama is a smart man!! He is asking the NH (R) senator to be the Commerce secretary. Now the Democratic Governor will need to appoint a senator, that is if the current senator accepts the appointment. I hope he does, I am sure he will be great in that capacity. Hmm I wonder if he is going to be appointing a Democratic individual? If he does I do believe we may have the 60 votes we need in the senate.

That is all I have for today. It was a busy week at work. But a fun week. Except I do think that people still do not listen to their gut that much. People, sometimes common sense is the right answer. Do not be afraid of the simple answer.

Hello Wall Street Anyone there?

Honestly did they think we would not notice the $18B in bonuses?

We would like that back! Thanks very much.

Here is where it could go:

1) Schools. There are those that could use some heat, new books, teachers, art supplies, music, art, etc. You know, a good education, we all deserve that

2) Healthcare. Over 26Million people do not have any. That means children, families, sick people who can not get their medicine.

3) Infrastructure, lets go ahead and fix some of the bridges and roads. I am a little tired of changing tires.

I am sure there are more. But those three would be a good start. So if you do not mind, we will take that now.

My first entry

I have been meaning to start this for a while. However life got in the way. I have found some time now and I am ready to share my thoughts, opinions, frustrations to what is happening in the world. These are my thoughts. You may agree, disagree, think I am a nutter. That is fine, lets discuss it.

So here it goes....

President Bush is gone, thank god! We now have a new wonderful, confident, man, President Obama. I am beyond happy, so is the majority of the country. We need a change, we need confidence, and we need to leave fear, far, far, far behind us.

Except there are still Republicans, not all, but the ones with a loud voice, already trying to ruin it all. Already trying to figure out how to blame President Obama for all that has happened in the last eight years.

To listen to them angers me more now than before. I just wish they would step aside. They lost, please let us take our country back, I have no problem for them to come along, but I would appreciate them to open their mind.

To hear people like Rush Limbaugh say "I wish he fails". To listen to the leaders of the Republican party tell their fellow republicans to not vote for the Stimulus bill is a smack to us the Citizens of the USA. who voted for President Obama, not the Supreme Court 5-4. Let's all remember that.

So my hope is that I will be able to wake up and not through my radio out the window because some other Right winger said something so juvenile, that even my 8 year old cringes.

Today, the House passed the Stimulus bill with not one, Republican vote. NOT ONE. How embarrassing for them.

Why do the Republicans hate America so much?
